ASRock N7AD-SLI Motherboard Review

Overclocking Results
Overclocking was not to kind to us on this ASRock N7AD-SLI motherboard. We set out overclocking using the stock multiplier of 9x, and this is what we got:
This picture shows an overclock of 370MHz FSB. So, basically, we got another 330MHz out of our CPU, which is ok, but it is no where near the levels we have reached with our CPU in previous attempts at over clocking. So, we decided to try lowering the multiplier to see if we would have any better luck. Unfortunately, we did not. Using a multiplier lower than nine (we tried 8, 7 and 6) did nothing for us. No matter how much voltage we used we were stuck at this 370MHz FSB. That’s too bad. Maybe a later BIOS release will open it up a bit; we can only hope!
