Asetek Sues Cooler Master Over Seidon Water Cooling Line – Patent Infringement
Asetek is no stranger to water cooling or defending the companies numerous patents in the court room. It appears that Asetek suing Cooler Master as they believe that the Cooler Master Seidon line of closed-loop liquid coolers use technologies that they have patents on (8,240,362 and 8,245,764.) The civil case (Civil Action No. 3:13-cv-00457-JSC) was filed on January 31, 2013, and will be handled by a US court and its outcome will depend on Cooler Master’s defense.
