Apple releases iOS 4.3

It had been leaked for the past few days that iOS 4.3 would likely be released today but you never know until it’s actually available. That time is now. The most notable feature is the ability to use the iOS device as a hotspot (for a recurring fee of course) although this has been available to those that jailbreak their devices for some time now without the monthly fee.
That, of course, brings with it mobile hotspot functionality for iPhones, along with a variety of new AirPlay features, a new version of Safari, and a number of other more minor improvements (like an option to control how your iPad’s side switch behaves).
