Apex Legends Launch Caused Issues on Xbox One

By

The game Apex Legends has quickly become one of the most popular battle royale titles out there. It launched yesterday on the Xbox One console and caused issues for some users. Respawn announced that it had found an issue with the Through the Heart DMR skin that was part of the Valentine’s Day update for the game.

Other skins were causing issues as well, including the Gibraltar Daemon Hunter and Neural Net skins. While an investigation into the cause of the issue is underway, the troublesome skins have been disabled. The problem was only on the Xbox One, no issues were reported on the PS4 console or PC reports Gamespot.

Another bug has surfaced as well; this bug is preventing some players from being able to use the characters Caustic and Mirage after they are unlocked. New skins aren’t all the update added in.

The update also brought with it improvements and changes to the user interface. Server stability was improved along with performance and bug fixes. Apex Legends has been incredibly popular so far having hit 25 million downloads so far.
