AMD Ryzen 5 1400 CPU Review Shows Up On YouTube!
The AMD Ryzen 5 series of CPUs is set to launch on April 11th, but that hasn’t stopped an individual (Santiago Santiago.) on YouTube from posting a review on the $169 AMD Ryzen 5 1400 processor. The AMD Ryzen 5 1400 is the most affordable Ryzen 5 series processor at $169 and is a 4-core, 8-thread processor with a base clock of 3.2 GHz and a 3.4 GHz Turbo clock speed. Santiago Santiago. benchmarkerd the AMD Ryzen 5 1400 (4C/8T) processor at stock speeds and overclocked to 3.8 GHz on 8 triple A game titles and then compared it against an Intel Core i5 7400 (4C/4T) and an Intel Pentium G4560 (2C/4T) processor.
The AMD Ryzen 5 1400 CPU was tested using the stock AMD Wraith Stealth CPU Cooler with the fan running at 100% for the overclocked testing. An ASRock Fatal1y AB350 Gaming K4 AM4 motherboard, HIS Radeon RX 480 IceQ X2 8GB video card and 8GB of DDR4 memory running at 2666MHz was used to power the Windows 10 Pro test system.

-Battlefield 1 DX12 at 01:18 (I used nzxt cam, with afterburner the game crashed, the gpu usage isn’t accurate, that’s why it jumps from 0 to 100% randomly sometimes)

-GTA 5 at 04:51
-Hitman DX12 at 06:49
-Just Cause 3 at 07:39

He also uploaded a second video to prove that he bought the processor from a local store and that he doesn’t know why it was available so early!
AMD has been working hard to make optimizations ahead of the Ryzen 5 processor launch as just last week a new Ashes of the Singularity game patch game out that had contained a massive performance improvement for AMD Ryzen 5 owners.
