AMD Releases Catalyst 11.6b Hotfix Video Card Drivers

AMD today released a new hotfix Catalyst graphics driver that is publicly available that fixes several issues that users have complained about in recent weeks. If you want the latest driver be sure to download it from here! You can see the driver fixes below.

AMD Ruby

Resolves the following issues:

  • Blue screen erorrs (BSOD) seen when connecting a HDMI and DisplayPort based display to an AMD Radeon HD graphics product when using AMD Catalyst 11.6
  • Screen flickering when the system is idle
  • Mouse pointer corruption found in previous AMD Catalyst releases
