CINEBENCH is based on MAXON’s award-winning animation software Cinema 4D, which is used extensively by studios and production houses worldwide for 3D content creation. MAXON software has been used in blockbuster movies such as Iron Man 3, Oblivion, Life of Pi or Prometheus and many more.
3DMark and Cinebench Benchmarks Results Summary: The stock Intel Core i7-2700K processor from 2011 is still able to outperform the AMD FX-9590 processor from 2013. Pretty wild to see the Intel Core i7-7700K in stock from getting 70 FPS more OpenGL performance in Cinebench with exactly the same NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 video card and driver.
