Activisions Call of Duty XP – The Ultimate Fan Experience

On the 2nd and 3rd of September 2011 in Los Angeles at a secure 12 acre compound there will be more than 6,000 fans who will be the first to witness the world premiere of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer. At this event attendees will get hands on time with the multiplayer portion of the game and the new Spec Ops survival co-op mode. Call of Duty Elite, the innovated new online service built to support Call of Duty: modern Warfare 3 will be display at the event. Also at the event gamers will have a chance to qualify for the $1 million Call of Duty tournament by Activision and the events lead sponsor Microsoft Xbox 360. Gamers will need to showcase their skills in Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer through regional promotions and competitions in order to qualify, there will be qualifications at the event as well. Tickets for Call of Duty XP will be available for $150 and Activison will donate a 100% of sales to the Call of Duty Endowment, a nonprofit public benefit corporation that seeks to help veterans transition to civilian life. Tickets will go on sale July 19th and the tickets will give attendees a two day pass to be completely immersed in Call of Duty.

Players will be able to challenge each other in a paintball firefight on a life-sized Call of Duty multiplayer map, as well as attempt to speed-run Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2s legendary The Pitfor real. Other Call of Duty XP activities include:
