Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge CPU Listed for $250 in the UK

By

An online e-tailer in the UK called oyyy.co.uk has listed the Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge processor for sale! The site doesn’t says they have 262 available right now, but when you click on the listing it says that they don’t have any inventory in stock. The site does show that the Core i5-2500K is 3.3GHz with a 6MB cache and that confirms what has been rumored the 2500K was online. This processor will only work on LGA1155 motherboards, so unless you have a P67 or H67 motherboard to put this into you couldn’t buy it and use it anyway. The site lists the price on the Intel Core i5-2500K at 160.51 excluding VAT and that makes it ~$249.75 when you convert the price over. The part number is shown as being BX80623I52500K.
