PowerColor Releases Radeon HD 6850 PCS+ Video Card
TUL Corporation just announced a new AMD Radeon HD 6850 based video card that has a custom cooling solution on it that is called the PowerColor PCS+ HD6850. Like other PCS+ series cards this one also features factory overclocked setting and has an improved cooling solution that should peak the interest of gamers. The PowerColor PCS+ HD6850 comes with the core clock at 820MHz and the memory clocks at 1100MHz. The AMD Radeon HD 6850 reference design comes at 775MHz on the core and 1000MHz on the memory.
The PCS+ HD6850 also features an ultra cooling performance. With 90mm cooling fan and 3 pure core heat pipes, this new cooling solution can easily dissipate heat from cooper base, which fully covers the GPU, and efficiently cools down the temperature up to 15% compared with reference board design. Moreover, it enables additional headroom for overclocking capabilities that gamers will be able to tune their rig to maximum performance.
