CPU-Z 1.56 is now out and available for download

It has been over three months since CPU-Z has been updated, but that all changed today with the release of CPU-Z 1.56! This new version features features support for the new Intel core i3/i5/i7 ‘2000’ series processors, which would mean initial Sandy Bridge CPU support. Get it here if you would like to be running the latest version!

Changes in CPU-Z 1.56 Include:

  • Intel Core i3/i5/i7 “2000” serie processors (Sandy Bridge) with new logos.
  • Intel Core i7 970 “Gulftown”.
  • Intel P67 chipset.
  • AMD Phenom II, Athlon II and Sempron II “Caspian” processors.
