Dell Announces New Family of XPS Laptop

Dell announced a family of new XPS laptops this morning that are said to deliver improved sound, a cinema-like HD video experience and HD video streaming webcams so you can stay close to friends and family on Skype. The new family of laptops come in 14-, 15- and 17-inch screen sizes and. are all 3D TV ready and include NVIDIA’s 3DTV Play software. The new audio solution is a JBL design that features integrated Waves MaxxAudio 3 processing technology. Dell also improved the bass with 12-watt subwoofers on the 15- and 17-inch models. Boasting up to 22W peak of audio performance you can rest assured this is not the laptop audio you heard years ago. The starting prices for the new XPS laptops are: $899 for the XPS 14; $849 for the XPS 15; and $949 for the XPS 17.
