Dell Expands Monitor Offerings with Eight New LED Displays

Dell recently announced eight new LED offerings designed to bring multimedia to life with full high-definition displays optimized for movie-watching, gaming and editing. The Studio models include the ST2220, ST2220L, ST2320, ST2320L, ST2321L, and ST2420L. The first two are 22-inch models, the next three are 23-inch, while the last is 24-inches. All feature full HD 1920×1080 resolutions, 5ms response times, between 7,000,000 and 8,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratios, and 16:9 aspect ratios. The remaining two monitors are entry level models that go by model numbers IN2020 and IN2020M. Both of these are 20-inch models. Each have a 1600×900 resolution, 5ms response times, and an 8,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. The first models that are being announced are the ST2220L ($199.99), ST2220M ($189.99), ST2320L ($229.99) and ST2420L ($259.99) and all are available now on Dell.com. They are backed by Dells consumer panel warranty, which is one year.

The launch of eight new LED displays signifies Dells complete launch into LED with redesigned consumer Studio, commercial entry and professional series panels. Engineered to provide enhanced digital content consumption and creation, the new monitors tap into the needs of customers whose worlds have become increasingly digital, technology their primary means of entertainment. Later this fall, Dell will also introduce a new touch monitor to the marketthe first 21.5 multi-touch display with IPS technology which allows for wider viewing angles and better color reproduction.
