EVGA Europe continues to plan expansion of the technical support service by introducing extended 24/7 Europe wide telephone and e-mail technical support. Earlier this month EVGA CEO Andrew Han has announced re-load of EVGA Europe operation with priority on providing even better overall experience by focusing on second to none customer service.

“By bringing PC enthusiasts to EVGA team we will ensure best possible service. Having worked for several major companies as Technical Support manager I fully understand importance of employing knowledgeable people for whom this will be more then a job. What EVGA really want is to employ enthusiasts that will support other enthusiasts’ .That is our “EVGA Way” of ensuring second to none service.” said Miodrag Relic, EVGA Europe Marketing and PR Manager during his visit to Computex 2010, and than he continued “Having formal qualifications in PC Repair is not essential. Primarily we are looking for enthusiasts that know their difference between SLI and D3D and are already spending hours tweaking voltages and clock speeds.”
