Thermaltake ITBU proudly presents a new thermal solution for AMD socket G34 140W server CPU, CLS0014. CLS0014 is equipped copper base and copper stacked fin array; the high density copper stacked fin array provides good fin efficiency and more surface area for heat dissipation.
