Albatron Optical Touch Monitor WHQL Certified for Windows 7

By

Albatron Technology just sent us word that their OTM215L1 optical multi-touch monitor designed for home users, has passed WHQL test for Windows 7! With the OTM215L1, users are free from installing mouse & keyboard. By using the multi-touch function & embedded Virtual keyboard found in the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, users can do click or drag object on screen, and can even input text on screen via virtual keyboard. Looks like we are slowly making our way to a computing experience like the one shown in movie the Minority Report back in 2002! We only hope that Albatron doesn’t really call it the OTM215L1 as that will not catch on!
