Logitech Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for 2018 iPad Pro Debuts

When it comes to gadgets like tablets and smartphones, we all need a few accessories. Lots of people can work from the 2018 iPad Pro rather than a laptop. For those folks who want to work from an iPad Pro, but need a physical keyboard, Logitech has you covered.

Logitech has announced a new Slim Folio Pro Keyboard Case for the 2018 iPad Pro models. The keyboard case has a backlit keyboard that is an alternative to Apple’s own Smart Keyboard. It connects to the iPad using Bluetooth rather than using the tablet’s Smart Connector.

Logitech says that the battery inside the keyboard is good for up to three months on a single charge. Experience says that is just long enough to completely forget about the battery so that it goes dead when you need it the most.

MacRumors reports that the keyboard is promised to have the “perfect bounce” for the keys for comfortable typing. The keyboard appears to have well-spaced keys that span edge to edge with a row of iOS shortcut keys. An upright position for typing and a flat position for sketching are supported. The Slim Folio Pro is $120 for the 11-inch iPad Pro and $130 for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro.
