Alien: Blackout is a Mobile Game Bound for iOS and Android

Fans of the sci-fi/horror franchise Alien will be thrilled to hear that a new game is coming in the franchise. If you were hoping it was a game for PC or consoles, you might be disappointed. The game is called Alien: Blackout and it will land for iOS, Android, and on the Amazon App Store.

The game is called Alien: Blackout and it features Amanda Ripley from Alien-Isolation. The developer of the game is D3 Go!, the game is described as “a new chapter in the Alien franchise following the saga of Amanda Ripley, Ellen Ripley’s daughter, between the films Alien and Aliens.”

There are a lot of questions about what sort of game it will be right now. However, it appears to be a survival horror genre. The description of the game also states, “Using only the space stations limited power supply to operate a holographic map, surveillance cameras, and motion tracker, attempt to remain hidden and protect your crew from the perfect hunter in seven fear-inducing levels.”

The game also notes that there will be different strategies and endings for players to enjoy. Fans disappointed that the game is for mobile devices will be glad to hear that a new Alein franchise game is in the works for PC and consoles.
