Red Dead Redemption 2 Online Beta Launch Date Unveiled
Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption 2 launched to massive success and was almost universally praised. One of the big things that fans have been anticipating is the launch of the Red Dead Online multiplayer mode for the game. The official beta launch date for the multiplayer mode has now been announced.
Tuesday, November 27 is the beta launch date. If you have been off a few days and don’t know, that is today. The beta starts today at 8:30 am ET and to start only those who purchased the Ultimate Edition of the core game can play.
Starting on November 28 players who bought the game the first day it launched can get in on the beta action. November 29 is the beta access day for those who purchased the game in its first three days of availability. Friday, November 30 is the day when all Red Dead Redemption 2 players can get in on the action.
Rockstar has said that Red Dead Online will be a living online world to be shared by multiple players. It also promised that online characters could be customized and tailored to suit each player’s style. A posse of up to eight players will be supported for fighting, hunting, or other deeds in-game reports Polygon.
