Red Dead Redemption 2 Needs 105GB of Storage on PS4
DANG! You had better have a serious amount of storage space available on your PS4 before you get ready to install Red Dead Redemption 2. Retailer Target has revealed online that the game will need 105GB of storage space to install on the PS4. That won’t be an issue with the 1TB console if you dont have many games.
If you have been playing on your PS4 for a while, this will likely mean you need to delete some stuff. If the PS4 needs 105GB of storage space, it would be a safe assumption that the amount of space needed for the Xbox One will be very similar, if not identical. The same image gave up other previously unknown details about the game.
One key factoid is that the online portion of RDR2 will support up to 32 players at a time reports IGN. GTA Online supports 30 players at once as a comparison. PS4 gamers will also get to partake in “select online content” as an exclusive for 30 days prior to other platforms getting the content.
There will be a rather boring PS4 Pro RDR2 bundle offered at launch that puts the standard version of the game in the box with a new 1TB PS4 Pro. The PS4 Pro is the standard old black version making this appealing only to those needing a PS4 Pro to play the game on as essentially the game is free at the $399 price point.
