Fortnite V3.5 Patch Lands with Replay Feature and More
Fortnite fans got a new patch yesterday that brings the game to version 3.5. That version of the game brings with it something that fans will make effective use of- a Replay feature. Replay brings a suite of cinematic settings that allows you to capture your most memorable moments, highlights, and cinematics.
Fortnite notes along with the Replay announcement that it would have a contest for players soon that would allow them to win “phenomenal prizes” with the Replay system. The patch as marks the return of Survive the Storm. That mode lets players who survive claim rewards.
Another new feature in the update is the Port-a-fort, which is what it sounds like. This is a portable fort that allows players to fortify themselves in seconds for additional protection from other players. 50v50 v2 Battle Royal has landed to allow teams of 50 to clash in a Limited Time mode.
Four new heroes have landed that bring cyberpunk style to the game in Save the World mode. Some neon weapons have landed in Save the World mode. Other changes have been made, and you can see them all here. Some of the most important are a change in the way resources are shown with wood, stone, and metal the first items in inventory rather than traps. V-Bucks are also shared between Xbox One, PC, and Mobile.
