Jurassic World Alive is Pokmon Go with T-Rex

It has been a while since we heard much about Pokmon Go. The game has waned in popularity from its heyday. A new game has been announced and if you like the idea of Pokmon Go, but want something more ferocious to catch Jurassic World Alive might be the ticket. In this game, you interact with and collect dinosaurs that you find around the world.

“Players discover dinosaurs by locating them on a map and deploying an in-game drone to collect DNA samples,” developer Ludia explains.

The game will allow players to snap photos with their favorite dinosaurs, level up captured dinos and battle them against other players. The game is expected to land for both iOS and Android devices.

The launch doesnt have an exact date, just a vague “this spring” promise. However, a launch close to the launch of the new film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in late June would make sense.
