Battlefield 1 Apocalypse DLC Coming in February
Battlefield 1 (BF1) is getting a new batch of DLC next month that will bring some new maps and other content. Apocalypse will have a total of five new maps for players to fight through. EA says one of the maps is ” bloody, muddy hell of Passchendaele and the Austro-Italian clash of Caporetto portray two of the most infamous battles of World War I.”
Two other maps that are coming in the DLC include London Calling and Razor’s Edge. Both of those maps are designed for a new mode called Air Assault. Details on that new mode werent announced but both of those new maps are only playable in that new mode reports GameSpot.
Some other new elements are coming to the game with the DLC, but EA is playing coy for now on exactly how the new elements will work. What we do know is that the elements will include new vehicles, weapons, gadgets, ranks, service assignments, specializations, and dog tags.
Ahead of the new DLC landing, Premium Pass owners will get the North Sea campaign component of the Turning Tide DLC. That will launch later this month and includes a pair of new maps and some new vehicles.
