Nintendo Reveals Two Ultra Beasts for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon
Pokemon fans had some cool news unveiled at the Nintendo Direct presentation that was held this week. The games Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are on the way and two new Ultra Beasts legendary Pokemon have been unveiled. There aren’t that many details on the two new legendaries, but perhaps the slight info given will help you decided which version to grab (or to grab both).
The Pokemon have code names right now with UB-Burst only being found in Ultra Sun. Gamespot says that UB-Burst looks like a clown, I can see that but it looks more like a flower or a cake pop to me. In Pokemon Ultra Moon, players will encounter one called UB-Assembly that looks like a tower or wall made of stacked black stones.
That’s all we know about the new Ultra Beasts. Nintendo also tipped that the Legendary Necrozma will play a larger role in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. It takes over Pokemon Solgaleo and Lunala. In Ultra Sun it merges with Solgaleo to become Dusk Mane Necrozma and in Ultra Moon is posses Lunala to become Dawn Wings Necrozma.
Lycanroc, the wolf Pokemon, also gets a new Z-move that is called Splintered Stormshards. The attack can be used by all three forms of the Pokemon and eliminates terrain and causes damage to the attacked. If you pre-order either version of Ultra before January 10 a special Rockruff is given as a bonus that can only evolve into Dusk Form Lycanroc.
