ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti ArticStorm Liquid-Cooled Graphics Card
ZOTAC has announced a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti ArticStorm Liquid-Cooled Graphics Card. This model comes packaged with a clock of 1506 MHz, a boost clock of 1620 MHz, and with 11GB of GDDR5X memory clocking at 11 GBps. The video card features video output of three 1.4 Display Ports, a single dual-link DVI-D, and one HDMI 2.0b.
With the base and boost running at 1506/1620 MHz, Zotac have designed for this GPU to be manually overclocked. The Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 Ti ArticStorm Liquid-Cooled GPU has a 16+2 phase VRM, two rear mounted power boost 2.0 capacitors, and dual 8-pin PCIe power connectors. Additionally, the ArticStorm model has identical power components as the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 Ti AMP Extreme Edition. The Extreme Edition features a higher factory clock speed although it is air-cooled. Furthermore, the Extreme Edition also has a default core clock of 1645 MHz, boost clock of 1759 MHz, and memory as high as 11.2 GHz.
What makes the ArticStorm model a competitive product is its full-coverage waterblock. The top of the ArticStorm waterblock consists of translucent acrylic with a Direct Copper Contact plate to maximize heat transfer, and .3mm micro-channels to maximize thermal performance. The video card offers gamers high performance, power efficiency, and fearless experience with powerful performance and cool thermals. In addition, the block features G threaded fittings to allow compatibility with most third party liquid cooling solutions. The product includes a pair of barbs to support 10mm ID tubing. Additionally, ZOTAC features Spectra, a built in and controllable RGB LED lighting coupled with the included FireStorm utility.
