Amazon Japan Extends International Shipping to Video Games and Consoles

Amazon Japan has broadened the selection of items for international shipping with the inclusion of video games and game consoles. Amazon’s reputation for reasonably priced shipping extends here and comes as good news for those who buy imported Japanese games. Previously, books, CDs, DVDs, videotapes, cassettes, and vinyls could be shipped internationally from Amazon Japan making it fairly popular amongst anime and manga import collectors.

An Amazon Japan account must be created in order to purchase and take advantage of international shipping. Doing so allows the option to display store prices either in Japanese Yen or US Dollars. Only products sold directly from Amazon can be shipped internationally and as such does not include fulfillment partners. The cost of customs fees is included at checkout.
