Tellybean Launches Easy Video Calling Application for NVIDIA SHIELD Living Room Entertainment Device

Tellybeans easy video calling application is now available for the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV device. This is the first Android TV device that is compatible with Tellybeans service. Helsinki, May 28th, 2015 Tellybean, working with NVIDIA, has made it possible to experience life-sized video calling through the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV device. Powered by the NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor, SHIELD allows Tellybean to offer great HD video calls and a fast and fluid user experience. SHIELD is now available in the US and Canada, starting at $199 with a SHIELD controller and a high-speed HDMI cable.

Easy video calling on TVs and other devices

Tellybeans application is available for users to download through Google Play. The service provides calls between Tellybean-compatible Android TV devices and browser-based calls on computers. Tellybean will add support for calls to and from mobile devices in the near future.
