ASRock X99E-ITX/ac Mini-ITX Board Shown At CeBIT 2015

If you have wanted to run an Intel Haswell-E processor in a Small Form Factor (SFF) system you’ve not had too many choices as there were no Mini-ITX motherboards on the market that supported the fastest CPU around. ASRock is showing off a new Haswell-E mini-ITX board called the X99E-ITX/ac at CeBIT 2015 and it looks pretty damn interesting.

For starters the innovative mini-ITX boards comes with a CPU cooler to ensure proper cooling! The small cooler has what appears to be four U-Shaped copper heatpipes to ensure the LGA2011-v3 processor of choice is kept nice and cool. It also boasts support for SuperSpeed+ USB 3.1 with two connectors on the back panel, two 3000MHz+ DDR4 memory slots for dual-channel performance, a full PCIe x16 slot for whatever you like and an Ultra M.2 slot for the latest and greatest PCIe Gen 3 SSD. The ASRock X99E-ITX/ac certainly has our attention!
