Prolimatech Magnetic Pin Shake Test – Will it Hold?

Nearly two weeks ago we told you that Prolimatech announced a new product called the Magnetic Pin that you have to take a look at. Prolimatech took a traditional rubber anti-vibration fan mount and placed a magnet on it to make fan installation and removal a breeze.

There was some concern that the magnets would not be strong enough if the case is bumped or shaken, so Prolimatech released a video showing how strong they are.

As you can tell from the video the Prolimatech Magnetic Pins hold the fan to the steel case just fine. Not much more that you can ask for! The MSRP is $3.99 for 1 set (4pcs/set) of the Magnetic Pins! Not too bad of a price and a great idea.
