LEPA Presents New B Series Power Supplies

LEPA has announced the next generation of B series power supplies. Three models are now available the B650-SA, B700-MAS and B800-MAS. All three units are 80 PLUS Bronze certified and have reached a peak efficiency of up to 88%. A new feature added for the 700W and 800W units is EU ErP Lot 6 2013, this will regulate the system’s standby power consumption to just 0.5W, it will however require a motherboard that is also EU ErP Lot 6 2013 compliant to work. The specs are what you would expect with the single 12V rail delivering up to 99% of the units total power, while being cooled by a 120mm or 140mm fan depending on the unit. While the B650-SA may be non modular, the B700-MAS and B800-MAS are both semi modular in design and support the latest server PSU EPS12V 2.92.
