ECS Extends Its 99-Hour Replacement Service to Video Cards
Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) today announced that they are expanding the companies 99-Hour Replacement Service to include video cards in addition to motherboards. If you have purchased any ECS motherboard or video card after Dec. 31, 2011 you are covered with this program. This was only applicable to ECS’ high-performance Black Series products, but now it covers all products. This is great news for consumers as when something fails you want to get it fixed fast. ECS says that you will have your replacement parts within 99 hours of processing! Not too bad and we hope other companies match or beat this service!
Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) today extends its 99-Hour Replacement Service to all ECS motherboards and VGA cards bought after Dec. 31, 2011. Previously only applicable to ECS’ high-performance Black Series products, now all ECS motherboard and VGA customers can receive their replacement parts within 99 hours of processing.
