Brand new support ticketing system promises even faster service for BitFenix fans

(BitFenix Design Lab, December 26, 2013) Since the beginning, BitFenix has always stayed close to the community to help them resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. To that end, BitFenix proud to launch an all-new support center to even better serve our customers.

At the BitFenix Support Center, users are now able to submit their inquiries using via an easy-to-use ticketing system. With this new system, users can quickly get their questions answered and also have the ability to track the progress of their request. With the new support system, our goal is to be able to respond to our customers within 48 hours of submission.

Starting today, users are welcome to head over to http://support.bitfenix.com if they are experiencing any issues with their BitFenix product.

Users who currently have open issues and are already communicating with our support team are encouraged to continue using the old system until their issue is resolved.
