Firefox 13 Beta Already Available

Mozilla certainly don’t sit around when it comes to developing their Firefox web browser. Having released Firefox 12 only three days ago, they have now also released the beta of Firefox 13, downloadable by anyone (link below). It has two features and several changes already: when opening a new tab, users are now presented with their most visited pages and the default home page now has quicker access to bookmarks, history, settings, and more. For changes, we have smooth scrolling turned on by default and now the restored background tabs are not loaded by default for faster startup. There’s several other changes of interest to developers such as 72 total improvements to Page Inspector, HTML panel, Style Inspector, Scratchpad and Style Editor, plus experimental support for ECMAScript 6 Map and Set objects has been implemented.
