EA Updates Account Suspension Policy to Allow Offline Mode

Electronic Arts has quietly updated its account suspension policy. Gamers with banned accounts could previously not access their games at all when they tried to log in. Now however, they can still play games by selecting offline mode. This seems only right, as those people did actually pay for their games and a refund has not been offered. EA also have an appeals process against a ban.
Please note: The majority of banned or suspended accounts are only suspended temporarily. Find more information about the length of your suspension by checking the email address associated with your account.
