Daz Dillinger Former Death Row Records rapper and Dogg Pound member Daz Dillinger has accused Take-Two Software and Rockstar Games, the of stealing at least two of his songs for the game. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Daz and his attorneys say that after the artist turned down an offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for two songs in the game, Rockstar and Take-Two used the artists music anyway. C-Walk and Nothin But the Cavi Hit are being used without permission and the rapper wants compensation and have all unsold copies of the game destroyed. Normally, news like this is taken with a grain of salt, but many experts who have examined the merits are saying that Rockstar is clearly in some hot water. Grand Theft Auto V made over $800 million in its first 24 hours and has already earned over $1 billion in sales.
