PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 PCS Spotted

The PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 has surfaced, and according to reliable sources speaking to TechPowerUp the GPU pictured below is PowerColor’s HD 7950 PCS. This model will be the first GPU in PowerColor’s Radeon HD 7950 lineup and sports an aftermarket cooler. The new PCS (professional cooling system) cooler is designed with what appears to be a larger aluminum fin-stack then previous PCS coolers. The new design also features nickel-plated copper heat-pipes and dual 80mm fans for proper heat dissipation. The GPUs size will stay within the dual expansion slot standard of most modern high end GPU coolers. Lets hope we can get one in for review soon to see what its capable of.
