Today at CES 2012, JVC announced the world’s first handheld 4k camcorder, the JVC GY-HMQ10. This ground-breaking camcorder uses SDHC or SDXC memory cards (which can hold up to 2 hours of 4K video) for convenience and to keep cost of usage down. The JVC GY-HMQ10 is also equipped with a built-in F2.8 10x zoom lens with optical image stabilizer, an intuitive user interface 3.5-inch touch LCD monitor, built-in stereo mic, and color viewfinder. The JVC GY-HMQ10 4K camcorder should be available in March and retail for $4995.
