Kingston Updates Wi-Drive App w/ New Features & Bug Fixes
Kingston today announced an update to the companies Wi-Drive App. By downloading the latest version, consumers can enjoy the following expanded features on the award-winning Kingston Wi-Drive:
- Wireless file loading and deleting: File transfers from Wi-Drive hardware to the Wi-Drive App local area and vice versa can be done via Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Drive presents the Open In option so the user can select which App to use to open and copy a file to.
- Addition of file select and email sending function: User can select and send music, photo, video or document files (up to 10MB size) as email attachments.
- Minor bug fixes

Wi-Drive allows users to stream videos, access music or share files with other Apple device owners. The distinctively designed, pocket-sized Wi-Drive utilizes Flash-based technology to store data from USB-compatible PCs. Files on Apple devices are easily retrieved via Wi-Drives built-in wireless transmitter, eliminating the need for cables or an Internet connection. Three users can simultaneously use different file types from a single Wi-Drive without any performance disruption.
