Sony Online Entertainment announced that beginning in October, the popular massive multiplayer online game DC Universe Online will be available for free. This will allow prospective players a unique opportunity to download and experience the full breadth of DC Universe Online at no expense. A sliding monthly fee of $5.00 and $14.99 affords the player enhanced convenience and character management.
