3 Million AMD Free Game Vouchers For Dirt 3 Compromised
We heard a rumor this morning that AMD had someone gain access to 3 million Dirt 3 game keys that were being kept on plaintext files in unsecured directories on a third-party fulfillment agency website called AMD4u.com. We had hoped that wasn’t the case, but AMD confirmed this afternoon that it was true. AMD will honor all valid game vouchers, but there is going to be a delay as the company is going to have to deactivate many game keys. We hope that AMD puts the keys in a secure location next time!

The keys were hosted on a third-party fulfillment agency website, AMD4u.com, and were not on AMDs website. Neither AMD nor Codemasters servers were involved. Were working closely with everyone to address the situation. AMD will honor all valid game vouchers, but just a heads up, the current situation may result in a short delay before the vouchers can be redeemed.
