Steve Jobs was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 2004 and has had a number of medical issues since. In April 2009, Jobs underwent a liver transplant and shortly after went back to work running Apple. He clearly helped get the company get to where they are at today. This week Steve Jobs announced that he would resign as CEO and it appears that his health might be one of main reasons he stepped down. Images that surfaced today on TMZ confirm what many were thinking. Steve Jobs has done more than any of us could imagine in the tech industry, so we wish him a speedy recovery.

UPDATE: Some sites are saying this is a fake and if that is true that is good news.
