Dell Introduces XPS 15z at $999 – Thinnest 15-inch Notebook PC

Dell today introduced the XPS 15z laptop, the thinnest 15-inch PC on the planet, and the first in a series of new thin and ultra-powerful products from Dell to come this year. The XPS 15z is powered by the 2nd-generation Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processors with the GPU intensive tasks being handled by the NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M discrete graphics card that is available in 1GB and 2GB memory sizes. It also features an optional 15.6-inch Full HD (1080p) display for superior entertainment and web-browsing experiences, a backlit keyboard with adjustable brightness and up to eight hours of battery life and is has an eye-catching case that is less than an inch thick. The Dell XPS 15z is priced from $999 and goes up from there depending on how you configure the system.
