It looks like Newegg jumped the gun and has listed the AMD Radeon HD 6790 1GB 256-bit video card for sale a little early! The card listed is by PowerColor and the model number is AX6790 1GBD5-DH. It looks like this card is clocked at 840 MHz on the core and 4.20 GHz memory. The site shows that the 1 GB of GDDR5 memory is connected with a 256-bit wide memory bus interface. Looking at the pictures we can see that the card has a single 6-pin PCIe power connector as well. The AMD Radeon HD 6790 is rumored to have 800 out of 1120 of stream processors of the 40 nm Barts GPU enabled. This is the same GPU used on the AMD Radeon HD 6850 and 6870.
