Dell Announces Inspiron R Notebook Series – Intel Sandy Bridge Powered

Dell announced today that they have launched updated versions of its Vostro 3000 series SMB-oriented PCs, as well as its new Inspiron R notebook PC featuring switchable lids. The PCs are powered by Intels Sandy Bridge processors, so they are powerful and feature decent battery life. The new Dell Inspiron R is available in 14-, 15- and 17-inch versions.

Dells Inspiron R are available with various Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 Sandy Bridge processors, a 6-cell battery with 9-cell battery options, along with up to 8 GB of memory. The new Inspiron R models are available today in the U.S. on Dell.com and will be available through Dells U.S. retail partners in the coming months.
