An important factor in buying memory is the warranty. OCZ Premier Series modules DO carry a lifetime warranty. This means that OCZ products are guaranteed to operate at specification and in the operating environment for which they were intended, for the life of the product for usage at 2.9V and under.

As you can tell from the above image OCZ uses their own semiconductors on the Premier Series. On our 256Mb module, we noted the 32×8 organization on the single sided modules. From our experience, single sided memory tends to be slower than double sided memory, but I guess we will see if this holds true during our performance testing.
