TOSHIBA PX02SM SSD series Gets VMWare Ready Status
TOSHIBA AND PX02SM ENTERPRISE SSD SERIES ACHIEVES VMWARE READY STATUS
IRVINE, Calif. September 08, 2015 Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., a committed technology leader, today announced that its PX02SM Enterprise SSD series has achieved VMware Ready status. This designation indicates that after a detailed validation process the PX02SM enterprise SSD series PX02SMB160 has achieved VMwares highest level of endorsement, and can be found on the VMware Solution Exchange (VSX).

By using the PX02SM Enterprise SSD series with vSphere 6.0, enterprises can incorporate additional capabilities that enhance performance as well as reliability, including Toshibas proprietary Quadruple Swing-By Code (QSBC) for improved error correction. The SSDs are optimized for mainstream server and storage applications requiring a balance between endurance, cost and performance.
