Sapphire R9 285 2G GDDR5 ITX COMPACT OC Video Card Announced

We were just sent over images of a SAPPHIRE ITX COMPACT Edition video card for the upcoming AMD Radeon R9 285 video card series! The dimensions on the Sapphire R9 285 2G GDDR5 ITX COMPACT OC video card are 171(L)X110(W)X35(H) mm and it supports up to four displays. The AMD Radeon R9 285 has 1972 stream processors and the Sapphire Compact card will be running them at up to 928MHz. The 2GB of GDDR5 memory runs on the 256-bit bus interface at up to 1375MHz or 5500MHz effective. This DirectX 12 ready card features one 150W 8-pin PCIe power connector for proper operation and Sapphire suggests running a 500W or greater power supply for single card setups and 850W or greater for dual-card CrossFire setups. The AMD Radeon R9 285 natively supports Crossfire and uses the PCIe data lanes for communication, so no interconnect bridge is needed for multi-GPU setups.
