Own a Real Replica of Genji’s Overwatch Sword

Fans of the video game Overwatch will soon be able to bring a bit of the game into the real word Blizzard has announced that it will be selling a replica of the sword that Genji uses in the game. It will have lights inside to replicate the effects of the sword from the game.

A speaker inside will play sound effects from the game. The sword has a price of $200, not exactly cheap but serious fans and collectors will still grab it up. The sword is large at 48-inches x 5-inches and has a 1/2-inch wide blade.

It weighs 2.9-pounds along and the included sheath weighs another 0.8-pounds. Blizzard is bundling the sword with a display stand that looks like something from traditional Japan. The ship date is sometime in December and the sword can be pre-ordered now.

This might be the perfect thing for cosplay fans. If it launched in December it will be the perfect frivolity to spend your holiday money on. There are other Overwatch collectibles available including statues and figurines reports Ubergizmo.
