Prolimatech 'Gigabyte Blue' Megahalems Revision B CPU Cooler On the Way
Prolimatech is about to release a new version of its high end Megahalems revision B dual radiator cooler. It will be exactly the same as the current Megahalems cooler and have the same specifications, apart from the colour which wll be a very similar cool-blue to that which Gigabyte has been using in its high end motherboards for a few years now (see second picture). The irony, is that Gigabyte is moving away from this colour scheme for its high end motherboards, leaving it for lower end models instead. Regardless of what Gigabyte do however, a smart-looking cooler like this will look good on almost any motherboard, whatever its colour.
All of the 88 radiator fins, are coloured blue, except for the top and bottom which are silver. The six 6mm thick heat pipes are made of nickel plated copper, with most other metal parts and retention brackets being coloured black. The standard Megahalems cooler costs around $70, while this one might cost a tiny bit more.
